My Best Kept Secret: Recovery with Apolla 

As a collegiate dancer, I’m no stranger to the aches and pains that follow an intense day of training and rehearsal. Between the cardio, jumps, and non-stop pirouettes, my legs get worn out. And recovery? Let’s just say it often gets neglected amidst homework, classes, and more practice.
